Job summary

RGE Pte Ltd in Selangor is seeking an Automated Warehouse Executive to support daily operations in a high-automation environment, ensuring smooth flow, storage, and retrieval of goods. The role requires coordinating inbound/outbound processes, accurate goods movement documentation, and liaison with China teams on system-related projects.

The candidate should have 3–7 years of relevant experience, a degree in a related field, and fluent Mandarin, English, and Malay to liaise with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–7 years in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate warehouse automation systems (ASRS, robot palletizers, cranes, RGV, conveyors, WCS & WMS).
• Coordinate inbound and outbound processes: receiving, put-away, picking, dispatch.
• Ensure accurate scanning, labeling and documentation of goods movement.
• Troubleshoot system errors or equipment faults and report to technical team.
• Liaise with transporters, warehouse operators, and inventory planners.
• Perform routine checks and housekeeping for uptime and safety.
• Support stock counts and cycle counting.
• Follow SOPs and safety/quality standards.
• Study downtime trends and propose corrective actions.
