Job summary

Wiwynn Technology Service Malaysia is seeking an engineer to develop and optimize ICT/Boundary Scan/Flying Probe/MDA test libraries and procedures for new product validation.

The role involves researching new testing technologies, analyzing DFT/coverage, and supporting vendor technologies. You will handle lab setup and instrument tuning to ensure reliable test outcomes in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT testing and boundary scan techniques.
• Ability to develop and optimize test libraries and procedures.
• Familiarity with flying probe and MDA testing methods.

• Develop ICT/Boundary Scan/Flying Probe/MDA test procedures.
• Develop burning libraries for ICT.
• Introduce and research new testing technologies.
• Analyze DFT and coverage for new products and optimize test procedures.
• Receive, introduce and transfer RDor other site documents and data.
• Optimize production technology, review and introduce ECR/ECO/ECN.
• Support and assist with vendor technology.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and fine‑tune Keysight ICT I3070.
