Job summary

NPAworldwide in Kulim, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to support production testing of circuit cards on ICT and Flying Probe platforms. You will interpret test requirements, document procedures, and drive root-cause analysis for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years test engineering related experience in ICT and Flying Probes tests.
• ICT and FP testers' hardware and software sustaining skills.
• Digital and analog test/troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset to enhance manufacturing test methods through process optimization and modernization.
• Sound understanding of statistical analysis techniques.
• Test software development skills, such as Test Expert.
• Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
