ANDRITZ is seeking a Manager in the Automation Department in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead the sales-driven automation initiatives, manage the full order process, and coordinate project delivery from client engagement through installation and handover.

You will work with cross-functional teams, conduct market analysis, build client relationships, and support tendering and pricing decisions while traveling as needed within Malaysia and abroad. Fluency in English and Malay is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Instrumentation & Control or Automation Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Malay, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in CAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire order process, from receiving orders to ensuring accurate project sales calculations.
• Coordinate the delivery or installation of products, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Conduct various sales activities to promote products and services; perform market analysis and prepare reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify potential clients within the industry.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients detailing product specifications and services offered.
• Collaborate with clients and the technical team to determine suitable products or systems.
• Review tender documents focusing on technical and commercial aspects during tendering and sales processes.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas.
