Omron Electronics Sdn Bhd is seeking an Automation Project Engineer to lead planning, development, and implementation of automation solutions for internal and external customers.

You will coordinate activities, provide technical consultation, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and long-term growth of the project engineering department.

Formación

• Experience in automation engineering, project execution, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of automation solution planning, development, and implementation.
• Ability to provide technical advice and coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to departmental development.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of automation solutions from planning through development and implementation for internal and external customers.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure effective execution and delivery.
• Provide technical consultation and support to the sales team.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
• Coach, mentor, and support the development of junior engineers.
• Contribute to the development and execution of long-term growth plans for the project engineering department.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and support timely resolution.
