Job summary
AIM AUTOMATION SOLUTION SDN. BHD. in Johor is seeking a skilled engineer to develop, program and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems for customized automation machines.
The role includes designing HMI interfaces, machine sequences and control logic to meet project requirements. The candidate will configure servo motors, drives and sensors; perform PLC/HMI/motion programming; and collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Production and Project teams through integration and commissioning
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Automation Engineering.
- Experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with PLC and HMI programming platforms used in automation.
- Knowledge of sensors, servo motors, drives and fieldbus systems.
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Develop, program and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems for automation machines.
- Design and develop HMI interfaces, machine sequences and control logic.
- Configure and integrate servo motors, drives, sensors and safety devices.
- Perform PLC, HMI and motion control programming and configuration.
- Integrate control systems with robotics, machine vision, and conveyors.
- Support wiring verification, testing, debugging during development.
- Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Production and Project teams during integration.
- Prepare and maintain PLC/HMI programs, I/O lists and documentation.
- Assist with installation, commissioning and customer acceptance when required.
