Job summary

Symphony Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a project coordinator to manage and schedule automation projects in Melaka, coordinating with customers and internal teams. The role involves planning, risk management, and ensuring on-time delivery, with travel to customer sites as required.

Ideal candidates have a relevant bachelor’s degree and strong MS Office skills, plus willingness to work extra hours when needed. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of project management is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Melaka and travel to customer sites (local/overseas).

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule projects, addressing potential risks.
• Communicate project details and scope to teams and customer.
• Share, manage, and review project plans for timely execution.
• Monitor tasks, implement recovery plans, and ensure specs adherence.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely material delivery and obtain customer approvals.
• Plan installations with field service manager and oversee customer acceptance.
• Monitor actions during customer installation and provide final documentation.
• Prepare, arrange and present onsite project status to customer.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
