Job summary

Masimo Corporation in Malaysia seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment, guided by schedules and reliability targets. You will work with PLC systems, electronics and electrical controls, molding machines, inkjet printers, and line modifications to keep lines running smoothly.

You will support engineering and TPM initiatives to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement, while maintaining safety and quality across the plant.

Qualifications

• 3 year minimum in maintenance.
• Good communication skills with all levels.
• Experience in molding machines, chillers and dryers.
• Experience in electric control and electrical test.
• Experience in molding machines and peripheral equipment.
• Experience in pneumatic presses, inkjet printers and safety equipment development.
• Experience in control systems and PLC.
• Basic English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and work orders for corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Execute preventive maintenance according to schedules.
• Support production lines to maintain product quality and equipment uptime.
• Install and modify manufacturing lines.
• Repair electronic equipment, power supplies and general electronics.
• Assist in design and installation of electric control systems.
• Contribute ideas for cost reduction and improvement projects.
• Analyze and program PLC; repair inkjet printers.
