Job summary

Bosch Group in Malaysia invites a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our production team in Bayan Lepas. You will support daily maintenance of machines, focus on preventive and corrective tasks, troubleshooting, and reducing downtime.

You should have a Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field, and strong mechanical/electrical/PLC/automation skills. Safety and TPM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or related field.
• Hands-on maintenance experience on production equipment and machines.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, PLC and automation troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and jigs/fixtures.
• Identify causes of breakdowns and implement root-cause actions to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with Production teams to minimize downtime and improve availability.
• Support TPM initiatives and maintenance improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machines, HMIs, sensors and servo drives.
• Read electrical drawings and machine manuals; maintain maintenance records.
