Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years semicon plant facility/clean room maintenance or machine maintenance experience is desirable.
- Good communication skills with all levels in the organization.
- Well organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Computer literate with MS Office and able to draw basic AutoCAD drawings.
Responsibilities
- Plan and improve manufacturing process/equipment & fixtures for quality costs.
- Follow up daily equipment breakdown and analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues.
- Hands-on maintenance and automation work on precision machines.
