Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing production support or related areas.
• Experience with hardware-software or embedded systems interactions valued.
• Strong problem solving and data-driven improvement capability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact during machine breakdowns to restore operations quickly.
• Perform repairs and preventive/corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Analyze issues via RCA and engineer sustainable solutions.
• Support deployment of new technologies and smart automation to improve line efficiency.
• Drive uptime improvements to reduce cycle times and increase production uptime.
