The position focuses on design, programming, and maintenance of PLC, DCS, and batch control within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Ideal candidates hold a degree or diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering or Mechatronics, and fresh grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Automation Engineer - Pharmaceutical / Process Automation (Entry Level)

Our client, a growing technology and engineering solutions company specialising in pharmaceutical manufacturing automation and digitalisation, is expanding its engineering team in Malaysia. We are looking for experienced Automation Engineers to support upcoming pharmaceutical automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for design, programming, debugging and maintenance PLC, DCS, BATCH and other automatice control systems and instruments to ensure the stable operation of the production line.

Participate in automation projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

Support system testing, troubleshooting, validation and project implementation activities.

Work closely with project managers, lead engineers, customers and other technical stakeholders.

Ensure automation solutions comply with relevant pharmaceutical quality and regulatory requirements.

Provide technical support throughout different stages of project delivery.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of relevant automation/control engineering experience.

Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated environments is highly preferred.
