Job summary

Ener Tech Solutions Sdn. Bhd. invites experienced engineers to join our team as Automation Engineer. You will work on control system design, PLC/HMI/SCADA development, and project execution across client sites.

Ideal candidates hold engineering qualifications in Electrical/Electronic, 1–2 years of related experience, and familiarity with AutoCAD/E-plan, MS Project, and MS Office. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; willingness to travel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of working experience in related field; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Basic knowledge of PLC control systems; PLC programming is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; MS Project; AutoCAD/E‑Plan an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a team to execute and manage projects effectively.
• Engage in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources and manpower.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to develop engineering solutions for system architecture, layout, IO assignment, BOMs, electrical schematic drawings, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards in the preparation of documentation and reports.
• Liaise with clients to ensure control software development aligns with user system requirements (USR) and serves as a contact for software development.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with a team of young professionals to execute and manage projects effectively.

Engage in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources and manpower.

Collaborate with team members and clients to develop engineering solutions for system architecture, layout, IO assignment, bill of materials, electrical schematic drawings, and documentation

Ensure compliance with ISO standards in the preparation of documentation and reports.

Liaise with clients to ensure that the control software developed are as per user system requirement (USR), besides act as a point of contact for software development process both internally and externally.

Develop PLC, HMI and SCADA mainly for Siemens, Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley.

Conduct factory acceptance test (FAT) and site acceptance test (SAT).

Conduct on‑site troubleshooting for control system.

Carry on ad hoc tasks given by superior.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

Prefer with at least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Fresh graduates with related disciplines are also encourage to apply.

Required skill(s): Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel), MS Project, AutoCad/E-plan will be an added advantages.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Others will be an added advantages.

Exposure to PLC control system. Knowledge in PLC programming will be an added advantages.

Possess own transportation and willing to travel when required and able to work under pressure and meet project deadline when required.
