Job summary

MINDTECK SOFTWARE MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking an EI and Automation Engineer (SECS/GEM, MES) to drive requirements gathering, analysis, and design/improvement of EI and automation solutions for manufacturing. You will develop, implement and maintain these systems to meet production needs.

Responsibilities include collecting requirements, preparing design documents, training business users on MES and equipment integration, performing UAT with key users, and providing 24x7 L1 support while guiding

Qualifications

Must have CIM/EI/Automation project lifecycle experience.
Knowledge of SEMI standards: E-004, E-005, E-010, E-030, E-037.
Proficient in VB.NET/C#.NET, web services and XML.
Experience with MES/Automation mapping and reporting.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements, analyze, and design/improve EI & Automation solutions for manufacturing.
Develop, implement and maintain EI & Automation solutions.
Collaborate with CIM/IT/Production/Process engineers to resolve issues.
Prepare training materials and train users on MES/Equipment Integration.
Perform UAT with key users and provide 24x7 L1 support; guide L2/L3 as needed.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure high system availability; characterize equipment.
Coordinate with vendors to meet minimum automation standards.
