Job summary

BizLink Technology (S.E.A) Sdn. Bhd. seeks an MES specialist to manage daily MES operations, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with manufacturing teams. You will analyze needs, design feasible solutions, and drive process improvements with cross-functional departments.

The role requires a degree in computer science or related field and at least 3 years of experience, with strong SQL knowledge and exposure to ERP/WMS interfaces; PMP/IPMP is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

Major in computer science or related field with 3+ years experience.
Familiar with Oracle/SQL Server and SQL language.
Good communication and teamwork; able to travel.
Proficient with IT tools (Word, PPT) for IT projects.
Experience with Siemens Opcenter MES is a plus.
Experience in project management; PMP/IPMP is a plus.
Fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain MES systems, troubleshoot, manage authorities.
Collect department needs, organize processes, analyze and design feasible solutions with business units.
Perform functional testing, user training, and feedback collection.
Design reports and dashboards to improve management efficiency.
Ensure data integration between MES and WMS/ERP; handle interfaces.
Summarize and refine processes; create and share knowledge base.
Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.
