Financial Link Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will design and execute test plans, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in both manual and automated testing, and a passion for delivering high-quality software in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have Diploma or Bachelor’s in CS/IT or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with manual testing and test automation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans with detailed test cases based on requirements and prioritization.
• Document results and provide observations for improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality.
• Participate in project planning, requirements analysis and design discussions.
• Collaborate with development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing).
• Communicate professionally at all levels within and outside the organization.
• Engage in both manual and test automation based on project requirements and work with cross-functional team.
• Construct automation test cases for new features or projects for regression testing.
• Deliver testing efforts across projects and tasks under tight deadlines.
• Adhere to Agile methodologies.
