Maybank in Penang seeks a frontline banking professional to service national car dealers and other assigned dealers. You will coordinate submissions, collect documents, and conduct site visits to verify genuineness and declarations.

You will maintain dealer relationships, initiate future dealer appointments, cross-sell products, and monitor Retail Hire Purchase disbursements and growth targets.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Service主要 national car dealers or assigned dealers from Branch Management.
• Maintain cordial and good business rapport with servicing dealers.
• Receive submissions from dealers and initiate document collection.
• Site visits to customer premises and report genuineness.
• Initiate appointment of panel new car or other dealers in future.
• Cross-sell products (credit cards, merchant services) as required.
• Monitor disbursement and growth targets for Retail Hire Purchase.
