Job summary

Maybank is seeking a Relationship Manager for Business Hire Purchase in Selangor to assess credit papers for corporate and commercial clients and drive regional performance. You will monitor facility utilization, handle term variations, and ensure asset quality to minimize NPLs while pursuing high-growth vehicle financing opportunities through regional and AFC networks.

The role requires a diploma/degree in banking/finance, at least 2 years in auto finance, and strong proficiency in MS Office,

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Banking / Finance / Accountancy / Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in auto finance is required.
• Working knowledge on Credit Processing would be an added advantage.
• Able to read and analyse credit report.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Process, analyze and evaluate credit papers pertaining to Corporate and Commercial customers.
• Ensure targets are met and performance is monitored against the Business HP target.
• Monitor utilization of facility after approval and attend to variations in terms and conditions.
• Review region office and AFC performance in achieving Business HP targets.
• Work towards achieving growth in a challenging market and ensure loan quality to minimize NPLs.
• Tap into the network of Regional offices and Auto Finance Centre for vehicle financing opportunities.
