Job summary

CIMB Bank Berhad is seeking a driven entry-level candidate to drive auto loan sales in Penang. You will collect and review loan applications, conduct KYC checks, and ensure timely credit processing.

Fresh graduates are encouraged, with strong communication and attention to detail essential for success. You will work with dealers and internal teams to meet targets, verify documents, and maintain accurate records in the Auto Credit System (ACS).

Qualifications

• Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting dealer and customer relationships.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by securing auto loan business with quality customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
• Collect and review loan applications to meet credit guidelines.
• Obtain customer consent for credit bureau checks before processing.
• Conduct KYC/CDD/Extra CDD for higher-risk cases as needed.
• Verify identification, income, and vehicle documents.
• Enter loan details into the Auto Credit System (ACS) accurately.
• Update dealers daily on loan status and progress.
• Oversee HP documentation and issuances to dealers.
