Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by securing auto loans based on the company’s target customer and product mix.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and internal teams to generate business leads.
• Collect and review loan applications ensuring documents meet credit guidelines.
• Interview applicants by phone or in person and perform KYC/CDD/Enhanced CDD as needed.
• Verify identification, income, and vehicle documents.
• Enter loan details into the Auto Credit System (ACS) accurately.
