Job summary

CIMB Bank Berhad in Malaysia seeks a fresh graduate for an Auto Credit Operations role in Kedah. You will help achieve sales targets by securing auto loans, build dealer and customer relationships, and process loan applications in line with credit guidelines.

You will gain exposure to both sales and credit operations, with on-the-job training and opportunities to learn and grow within a fast-paced banking environment. You may be involved in KYC/CDD processes and documentation reviews.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting business relationships with dealers and customers.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by securing quality auto loans based on the company’s target customer and product mix.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal teams to generate business leads.
• Collect and review loan applications and ensure documents meet credit guidelines.
• Perform KYC/CDD/Enhanced due diligence for higher-risk cases and verify documents.
• Enter loan details into ACS and ensure timely credit applications to meet Turnaround Time.
• Update dealers daily on loan status and oversee HP-related documents.
• Prepare reports for the Business Manager and assist with site visits when needed.
