Job summary

S.C. YONG CHIA & CO, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, is seeking a detail-oriented Audit Associate to conduct audits, analyze financial data and report findings to enhance controls and processes.

You will prepare audit reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay current with accounting standards to support the business’s compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in external auditing or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using accounting software and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
