Job summary

WhiteCrow Research seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to lead a team working on Core Banking ATM Host Systems and CustomerStatements. You will drive end-to-end delivery, ensure on-time quality, and manage AS400-based development with COBOL and RPG expertise.

You will apply DevOps practices, oversee deployments via ALDON, and coordinate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and resources while upholding security standards for ATM transactions.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in banking IT systems with 4–5 years in ATM Host systems.
• Hands-on AS400, COBOL and RPG expertise.
• Experience with DB2 and ALDON on AS400.
• Knowledge of ATM encryption/security protocols.
• Strong DevOps knowledge and practices.
• Proven ability to lead delivery teams in complex projects.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team working on Core Banking ATM Host Systems and CustomerStatements development.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of ATM host and statement solutions, ensuring on-time, quality delivery.
• Manage development, maintenance, and enhancements of systems using AS400 technologies.
• Coordinate deployments using ALDON for automation and version control on AS400.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure security protocols and encryption standards for ATM transactions.
• Apply DevOps practices to improve automation, deployment, and operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors as needed.
• Monitor delivery progress, risk, and issue resolution throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to technical teams, aligning with business goals.
• Support incident management and root cause analysis for ATM production issues.
• Provide status updates and risk assessments to business and IT stakeholders.
• Maintain release schedules, QA metrics, and issue logs.
