Job summary

UOB Innovation Hub 2 is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead ATM Host Systems and related Core Banking services. You will drive end-to-end delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across environments.

The role requires extensive banking IT experience, hands-on AS400/DB2/COBOL/RPG skills, and a strong grasp of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices to support continuous improvement and reliable production operations.

Qualifications

9+ years in banking IT, with 4–5 years in ATM Host system management.
Strong hands-on with AS400, COBOL and RPG.
Experience with DB2 and ALDON on AS400.
Good understanding of ATM encryption/security protocols.
Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile and hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

Lead technology delivery for ATM Host Systems and Customer Statements within Core Banking.
Drive end-to-end delivery, ensure on-time, quality and cost-effective outcomes.
Oversee COBOL/RPG development and DB2 maintenance on AS400.
Manage deployments with ALDON and enforce security standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and third‑party vendors as needed.
Provide leadership, risk mitigation and continuous improvement for ATM production issues.
