Job summary

BEE INFORMATICA SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking an Associate / Sr Associate in Sales & Ground Marketing to drive customer acquisition through site visits, on-ground activations, and offline marketing initiatives.

You will visit potential customer locations, plan and execute local marketing activities (roadshows, flyering, booth setups, merchant tie-ups) to boost brand visibility and drive conversions, with willingness to travel locally and work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

Associate / Sr Associate, Sales & Ground Marketing

We're looking for a field-driven Sales Associate to drive customer acquisition through site visits, on-ground activations, and offline marketing initiatives.

1. The role involves visiting potential customer locations, business premises, and community areas to generate leads, build relationships, and promote our products/services directly.

2. You'll plan and execute local marketing activities (roadshows, flyering, booth setups, merchant tie-ups) to increase brand visibility and drive conversions.

3. Strong interpersonal skills, willingness to travel locally, and comfort with target-driven, on-the-ground work are essential.

4. Prior experience in field sales, direct marketing, or business development is preferred.

5. Reports to the Sales/Marketing lead and works closely with the central team to track leads and conversion outcomes.
