Job summary

Accenture is seeking an IT Engineer to diagnose and resolve incidents across Microsoft systems, Entra/M365 administration, and security tooling. You will configure MFA, monitor security policies, and support AD/ADUC with Group Policy management.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT engineering, familiarity with Defender XDR, Purview, and email security platforms, and experience in an IT services environment. On-site role in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT engineering, systems operations, or similar technical support role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra, and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Microsoft systems and core infrastructure.
• Maintain system health through monitoring, patching, and maintenance.
• Configure and manage Entra/M365, including MFA, CA policies, and AD/ADUC operations.
