Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure, cloud and security services. The role involves administering Windows Server, AD, Azure and Microsoft 365, and implementing security controls across Defender and Cloud Posture Management.

You will work with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalations, optimize costs, and ensure reliable service delivery in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and service requests across infrastructure, cloud, identity, endpoint security, monitoring, and application allowlisting services.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI, VMware, Cisco UCS, VEEAM, MECM/SCCM, NetApp, and LogicMonitor platforms.
• Operate Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, cloud networking, licensing, consumption analysis, and cost optimisation.
• Manage and improve Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, email security, Cloud Security Posture Management, and related security controls.
• Administer Airlock Digital, including endpoint agents, trust decisions, application reputation analysis, and allowlisting policy optimisation.
• Automate repeatable processes and identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, security, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Follow ITIL-aligned incident, request, problem, and change management processes and maintain accurate operational records.
• Work with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve escalations and deliver timely, professional service outcomes.
