Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an IT Engineer to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across Microsoft Entra/M365 and related platforms. You will maintain system health through proactive monitoring, patching, and routine administration tasks.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT engineering, hands-on experience with Defender XDR, Purview DLP, email security, AD/Entra/M365, and Group Policy management, with a customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT engineering or similar technical support role.
• Hands-on with Defender XDR, Purview DLP, email security platforms.
• Experience with Entra/M365, MFA, and Group Policy Management.
• Experience in IT Services Provider environments or with mid-to-large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Microsoft systems, compute infrastructure, and associated technologies.
• Maintain system health and performance through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and patching activities.
• Execute foundational administration tasks within Microsoft Entra/M365, including MFA configuration and AD/ADUC operations.
• Oversee Group Policy Management and support key Windows Server services (DNS, DHCP, Exchange, MS 365).
