Job summary

Concentrix Malaysia Sdn. Bhd is seeking an Associate, Sales Development (Thai Speaker) in Kuala Lumpur for a full-time on-site role. You will engage customers to demonstrate value, drive renewals, and pursue upsell opportunities, primarily through outbound calls and emails.

You will maintain product knowledge and CRM data, forecast sales, and work with the Sales Manager to achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role (preferably IT sales).
• Proven track record of achieving personal and team quotas/goals.
• Experience with high-volume calling.
• Ability to learn new technology and data.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Experience or willingness to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate value and benefits of products/services to customers.
• Sell renewals/services and pursue upsell opportunities within a dedicated territory.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.

• Address customer concerns/roadblocks to satisfaction or product usage.
• Handle external competitive pressures and objections to retain or win customers.

• Lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and renewals as part of sales motions.

Job Description

• The Associate Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts.
• This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.
• Work within a dedicated territory and team for your assigned client to achieve your revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services, may offer up- sell opportunities.
• Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast.
• Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements.
• Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage.
• Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers.
• Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound.
• Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects.
• Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured.
• Undertake sales motions which might include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts.
• Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in sales capacity (Preferably IT Sales).
