Job summary

Benchmark Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Programme Manager to coordinate and drive assigned programs, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.

You will plan schedules, liaise with internal departments and external partners, prepare reports, monitor performance, assist in budgeting, and coordinate meetings and events. A strong focus on communication, organization, and stakeholder management is essential to succeed in our Penang office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering or a related field.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage assigned programs, projects, or activities to ensure smooth execution.
