Flex is seeking an Associate Production Supervisor for its Prai, Penang site. You will oversee multiple production lines in a technical environment, coaching engineers and operators to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.

The role includes troubleshooting, process improvements, and budgeting support while maintaining safety and control standards. You will work with a team of professionals to optimize performance and collaborate with maintenance and project staff on cost-improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent plus 2 years of operations experience are typically required.
