Job summary

Flextronics is seeking an NP I Technical Program Management Engineer in Prai, Penang to bridge innovation engineering with high-volume production. You will turn concepts into manufacturable solutions, evaluate designs, and drive cost-effective, scalable processes.

You will lead cross-functional teams to develop prototype and low-volume builds, transfer technology, and implement robust process controls with SPC and DFMEA/PFMEA methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant process/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of PCBA, SMT, Wave Soldering and Assembly processes.
