Job summary

Business Support Solutions in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Associate Product Owner to support Product Management by ensuring product requests, documentation, and knowledge assets are effectively managed through the lifecycle.

You will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to maintain backlog hygiene, prepare requirements, and coordinate release content, serving as a key contact for product inquiries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Product Operations, or Software Delivery.
Experience in Agile environments is preferred.
Understanding of Product Ownership concepts, User Story writing, Acceptance Criteria creation, and backlog management.

Responsibilities

Review and validate incoming feature requests and enhancement requests.
Prepare backlog items for refinement sessions and ensure readiness for prioritization.
Document and maintain business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Coordinate release notes and release communication activities.
Act as the first-line Product Operations contact for guidance on product functionality and knowledge repositories.
Support stakeholders through requirement clarification, workshops, and UAT coordination.
