Qualifications

• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable backlog items.
• Experience in mapping user journeys and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Architect rock-solid user stories with crisp acceptance criteria.
• Balance regulatory requirements, operational urgency, and product vision into clear backlog hierarchies.
• Convert complex compliance workflows into digital platform logic and user journeys.
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver production-ready releases.
• Function as the source of truth between Engineering, UI/UX, Operations, and external partners.
