Job summary

AirAsia is seeking a Product Manager to conceptualize, define, and deliver the product backlog across customer support, merchant support, and back office systems, ensuring a device- and channel-agnostic experience.

You will lead Agile teams, write requirements and stories, and maintain groomed backlogs while planning releases and aligning with stakeholders to maximize value and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in Product Management, preferably in E-Commerce or Travel domains.
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, define, design, develop and deliver the product backlog.
• Bring ease of use and simplicity to AirAsia digital platforms.
• Lead Agile teams and create requirements and stories.
• Ensure groomed backlogs and prioritize product features and releases.
• Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities.
• Assess value, develop cases and prioritize stories for maximum impact.
• Plan and lead release plans and delivery of new functionalities.
• Research market, users, and roadmap to inform the product.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape.
