Job summary

Singtel KL has launched a brand-new Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur. We are seeking a Product Executive to support the end-to-end product lifecycle and day-to-day product operations, administering product information, coordinating activities and maintaining documentation.

The role involves collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient product operations, governance and reporting, with opportunities to drive automation and process

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably involving product operations, administration, reporting or a related function.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and documentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within agreed timelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Process-oriented approach with an ability to work effectively across different teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product, product engineering and general product administration activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, documentation and operational records.
• Monitor product-related service requests and administrative activities against agreed service levels.
• Support the effective execution of activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate product operations activities with Product Managers, Product Engineering, IT, Operations and Sales teams.
• Follow up on product-related actions, dependencies and operational requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Support communication and coordination relating to product changes and operational activities.
• Work with stakeholders with different operational and business requirements to facilitate timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure product administration activities are performed in accordance with applicable governance policies and internal controls.
• Maintain product manuals, process documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Support the consistent application of product governance processes and operating procedures.
• Identify documentation, data or process gaps and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
• Produce and review regular reports covering product financials, product status, product changes and data quality metrics.
• Maintain accurate data used for product administration, tracking and reporting.
• Analyse available information to identify exceptions, trends or operational issues requiring attention.
• Support stakeholders with relevant product information and reporting when required.
• Identify opportunities to automate product administration activities and improve operational efficiency.
• Recommend improvements to product governance processes and operational workflows.
• Participate in system enhancement and process improvement initiatives.
• Support automation and AI initiatives aimed at improving product administration efficiency.
• Assist with testing, implementation and adoption of enhanced processes or systems where required.
