• Experience executing test plans and test cases.
• Experience in defect handling and retesting.
• Experience performing UAT, Pre-Production and Post-Implementation testing.

About the Role

The Analyst is responsible for executing test plans and cases to ensure software solutions meet user expectations.

The role supports defect handling, conducts system checks post-deployment, and provides production support in a structured and efficient manner.

Test Execution and Support

• Prepare and execute test plans and test cases.
• Document and upscale defects, supporting resolution and retesting.
• Conduct UAT, Pre-Production, and Post-Implementation testing activities.

Production and Health Monitoring

• Assist in handling production inquiries and incident triaging.
• Conduct system health checks to ensure operational stability.
• Support UAM (User Access Management) processes.
