Job summary

AIA Digital+ seeks a detail-focused professional to support information system needs across functional areas. You will act as a bridge between IT and business, helping to develop and implement new systems and enhancements while leading digital quality assurance on Power Platform and RPA platforms.

You will implement automated testing services, establish processes for performance and quality, and chart a continual improvement roadmap for testing and QA to ensure reliable, high-quality digital

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between information technology and business for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems
• Assist to lead the digital quality assurance for all the group platform on MS Power Platform and RPA Platform
• Implement automated testing services for digital platforms that will improve service quality and speed of delivery
• Implement processes, procedures and measures that ensures performance, resilience and quality objectives are met
• Implement a roadmap for continual improvement for testing and quality assurance

About the Role

Responsible for supporting specific functional / business areas in terms of information system needs

• Act as the liaison between information technology and business for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems

Assisting to lead the digital quality assurance for all the group platform on MS Power Platform and RPA Platform.

Implement automated testing services for digital platforms that will improve service quality and speed of delivery.
