AIA Malaysia is seeking an Analyst to execute test plans and test cases, ensuring software solutions meet user expectations while providing structured production support. You will participate in defect handling, system checks after deployment, and post-implementation verification to minimize business disruption.

In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will perform UAT, Pre-Production, and Post-Implementation testing, ensuring quality and stability for our customers.

About the Role

The Analyst is responsible for executing test plans and cases to ensure software solutions meet user expectations. The role supports defect handling, conducts system checks post-deployment, and provides production support in a structured and efficient manner.

Test Execution and Support

• Prepare and execute test plans and test cases.
• Document and escalated defects, supporting resolution and retesting.
• Conduct UAT, Pre-Production, and Post-Implementation testing activities.

Production and Health Monitoring

• Assist in handling production inquiries and incident triaging.
• Conduct system health checks to ensure operational stability.
• Support UAM (User Access Management) processes.
