Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Malaysia is seeking an Analyst to execute test plans and ensure software solutions meet user expectations. The role includes defect handling, system checks post-deployment, and providing structured production support across the testing lifecycle.

You will participate in UAT, pre-production, and post-implementation testing activities, support incident triage, health checks, and User Access Management processes to maintain operational stability.

Qualifications

• Experience executing test plans and test cases.
• Experience with defect tracking and testing cycles.
• Ability to perform UAT and production testing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute test plans and test cases.
• Document and elevate defects, supporting resolution and retesting.
• Conduct UAT, Pre-Production, and Post-Implementation testing activities.
