Job summary

Klook is seeking an Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition in Kuala Lumpur to own end-to-end recruitment for the Customer Experience Group (CEG) across Asia. You will act as a market expert for Malaysia and Taiwan, partnering with regional leaders to align hiring priorities and build strong talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including high-volume and operational hirings.
• Strong understanding of the Taiwan or Malaysia talent market; regional exposure is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage hiring independently with strong ownership.
• Experience supporting both mass hiring and senior-level recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge when needed.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, negotiation, and offer management.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer for CEG roles across multiple regions.
• Lead and scale mass hiring initiatives while maintaining strong hiring quality standards.
• Support senior and critical CEG hiring with structured screening, stakeholder calibration, and negotiation strategy.
• Act as Taiwan or Malaysia market subject matter expert, providing insights on salary benchmarking, talent landscape, and sourcing channels.
• Partner closely with regional CEG leaders, HRBPs, and TA team members to align on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for multilingual and niche operational roles.
• Drive hiring quality through structured interviews, competency-based screening, and data tracking.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience across all touchpoints.
• Manage requisitions and pipelines in ATS and maintain hiring data accuracy.
• Identify and implement process enhancements within daily recruitment operations to improve efficiency, hiring quality, and stakeholder experience.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects to promote talent density in Klook.

What You Will Drive

As a Talent Acquisition supporting the Customer Experience Group (CEG), you will independently manage end-to-end recruitment while serving as a market expert of MY or TW and regional hiring partner across our Asia market.

What You'll Do

• Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Employee.

What You'll Need

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
