Job summary

GXBank is seeking an Associate Business Manager for New Acquisition in Unsecured Lending. The role balances hands-on campaign management with operational coordination, product documentation, and cross-functional initiative tracking.

You will lead campaigns, monitor performance, draft regulatory documents, and coordinate with Risk, Marketing, Tech, and Operations to ensure timely launches and clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Banking, Business, Management, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in product management, business analyst, business operations, or campaign management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication for drafting documentation and updates.
• Comfortable engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and following up on milestones.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Management: own assigned marketing and acquisition campaigns from setup to post-launch tracking.
• Performance Monitoring: track campaign metrics, conversion funnels, and acquisition costs for optimization.
• Documentation & Product Governance: draft and maintain core docs including T&Cs, PDS, FAQs, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Governance Support: ensure messaging and mechanics align with risk requirements before rollouts.
• Briefing Sessions: prepare reference materials and host operational briefings for CS, Operations, and frontline teams before launches.
• First-Line Support: act as contact for routine queries on campaign mechanics, terms, eligibility.
• Initiative Tracking & Coordination: attend syncs, produce recaps, track actions, maintain momentum across initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Follow-Ups: coordinate with Risk, Marketing, Tech, and Operations to meet timelines.
