The role supports acquisition strategy, product rollout, and campaign execution for unsecured lending products, balancing hands-on campaign management with governance, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in product management, business analysis, business operations, or campaign management.
• Bachelor’s degree in banking, business, management, economics, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communications skills across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Campaign planning and management from setup to post-launch tracking.
• Draft and maintain core product and regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, Risk, Marketing and Tech.
• Prepare reference materials and lead briefings for campaigns.
