Job summary

DZH International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Software Support Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to join a hands-on, client-focused team supporting desktop, web and mobile applications. You will own first and second level bug fixes, collaborate with product, design and QA, and help keep mission-critical fintech platforms stable.

The role sits in our KL office with a hybrid work arrangement after confirmation; weekend on-call and on-site support may be required with time off in lieu.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in application support/development in financial services is a plus but fresh grads welcome.
• Experience in fintech, trading or banking industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support and ensure stability of trading platforms.
• Troubleshoot and support desktop, web and mobile applications.
• Log and classify incidents in Jira and document solutions.
• Conduct regression testing and ensure fixes are deployment-ready.
• On-call and on-site support, including weekend deployments.
