Job summary

GrowthOps Asia is seeking an Associate Director to own technical search as a single practice across our regional client portfolio in ASEAN. You will set standards for SEO and GEO, maintain commercial accountability, and lead the manager and specialist layer while staying hands-on on log file analysis, data work, and client decks.

Reporting to Head of SEO & Analytics, you will collaborate with content, analytics, strategy, creative and technology leads on enterprise accounts across Singapore,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SEO with deep technical specialization.
• Demonstrable GEO/AI-search work and methodology.
• Hands-on server log file analysis at scale.
• Experience leading and growing a technical team.
• Executive presence with CMO, engineering lead, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Own technical standard across SEO and GEO and define done criteria.
• Build reusable IP: automated checks, log pipelines, frameworks.
• Act as final technical authority and arbitrate with client engineers.
• Lead GEO and AI discovery work, including prompts and citations.
• Present client decks and run readouts with clear recommendations.
