Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and significant experience (6-10 years) in Treasury & Markets or related fields. Strong knowledge of digital assets and integration technologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support architecture and solution design for tokenisation and Digital Ledger Technology (DLT) initiatives.
• Contribute to integration design across:
  • Core banking systems
  • Payment infrastructure
  • Treasury and operational systems
• Support the development of custody, wallet, and reserve asset management frameworks.
• Assist in designing operational workflows, reconciliation processes, and exception‑handling controls.
• Coordinate with technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders on implementation and delivery activities.
• Participate in testing, rollout, and operational readiness activities.
• Support the ongoing enhancement and scalability of tokenisation platform capabilities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Law, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in financial markets, risk management, or digital assets (e.g., CFA, FRM, or blockchain‑related certifications) are an advantage.
• 6–10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Treasury & Markets
  • Transaction Banking
  • Technology or digital transformation
  • Risk, Compliance, Legal, or Regulatory functions
• Experience working on cross‑functional initiatives within financial institutions.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, solution delivery, or financial systems integration.
• Good understanding of:
  • API and system integration
  • Distributed systems and/or DLT‑related technologies
  • Custody and wallet management concepts
  • Operational and reconciliation processes
• Experience working with banking platforms, payment systems, or treasury infrastructure.
