CIMB is looking for an Associate Director to lead sales and distribution initiatives in tokenisation, focusing on architecture and solution design for Digital Ledger Technology. The ideal candidate will support the development of custody frameworks and work with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and significant experience (6-10 years) in Treasury & Markets or related fields. Strong knowledge of digital assets and integration technologies is essential.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Treasury & Markets, Transaction Banking, or Technology.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, solution delivery, or financial systems integration.
• Good understanding of distributed systems and DLT technologies.
