Job summary

INNOVATION ASSOCIATES CONSULTING SDN BHD is seeking an SAP ABAP developer in Cyberjaya to design, develop, and implement ABAP programs.

The role involves creating and maintaining SAP reports (ALV), SmartForms, and SAP Scripts, plus building interfaces with external systems. You will debug, test, and optimize ABAP, provide ongoing support, and document technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• 2+ years SAP ABAP development experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ABAP programs within SAP systems.
• Develop and maintain reports, including ALV reports.
• Create and enhance SmartForms and SAP Scripts.
• Build and manage interfaces between SAP and external systems.
• Debug, test, and optimize ABAP programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance problems.
• Provide ongoing support for existing developments.
• Prepare technical documentation and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ABAP programs within SAP systems
• Develop and maintain reports, including ALV reports
• Create and enhance SmartForms and SAP Scripts
• Build and manage interfaces between SAP and external systems
• Perform debugging, testing, and optimization of ABAP programs
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance problems
• Provide ongoing support for existing custom developments and programs
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including functional and technical specifications
• Ensure propoer documentation of developments, changes and enhancements

Requirements:

• Qualification:Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Required skill(s):Intermediate knowledge of ABAP development.
• Key quality(s):Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication & interpersonal skills, learning & facilitation skills, and strong analytical skills. Able to work in a team.
• Willing to work long hours and on weekend or public holiday when required
• Required language(s):English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Desired experience/exposure: Minimum 2 years working experience in SAP ABAP development, including reports, forms, interfaces, enhancements, and basic debugging
