Job summary

INNOVATION ASSOCIATES CONSULTING SDN BHD in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, seeks a Senior SAP BASIS Consultant to provide both operational support and project services across the SAP BASIS landscape. This role ensures system stability, performance optimization, and successful execution of SAP BASIS initiatives.

Responsibilities include monitoring, tuning, transport management, client copies, license management, security parameter configuration, and ABAP runtime issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS administration including system installation, configuration, upgrade, and migration.
• Experience with SAP user administration, authorization management, and role configuration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support and project delivery for SAP BASIS.
• Perform SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and workload balancing.

Work Experience:

Requirements:

• Qualification:Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS administration, including system installation, configuration, upgrade, and migration. Solid understanding of SAP user administration, authorization management, and role configuration
• Key quality(s): Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to work long hours and on weekend or public holiday when required
• Required language(s):English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Desired experience/exposure:Minimum of 7–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration. Hands-on experience in SAP monitoring, performance tuning, and system maintenance.
