PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia is recruiting a Transportation Analyst to support international logistics operations, trade compliance, freight management and analytics in the medical technology and healthcare sector.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in transportation and freight operations, with strong Excel and SAP S/4HANA familiarity. Hybrid work setup, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with a 12-month contract in Malaysia.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation or related fields.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding or trade operations.
• Strong knowledge of international air, ocean and land freight operations.
• Hands-on experience in import/export customs clearance and trade compliance.
• Experience managing freight forwarders, carriers and shipment escalations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and freight invoice auditing is preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,000 (Based on experience)
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (PERSOL)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days WFO, 2 Days WFH)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Transportation Analyst to support international transportation operations, trade compliance, freight management and logistics analytics within the medical technology and healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor international inbound and outbound shipments across air, ocean and land freight.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries.

Manage shipment escalations, delivery risks and transportation exceptions.

Coordinate import/export customs clearance and ensure trade compliance.

Prepare transportation reports, analyse logistics data and monitor operational KPIs.

Perform freight invoice audits, cost verification and discrepancy resolution.

Identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency and cost performance.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation or related fields.

5–7 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding or trade operations.

Strong knowledge of international air, ocean and land freight operations.

Hands‑on experience in import/export customs clearance and trade compliance.

Experience managing freight forwarders, carriers and shipment escalations.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience is an advantage.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and freight invoice auditing is preferred.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
